How long does shipping take? Most orders ship within 1 business day. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Expedited (2–3 days) and Express (1–2 days) options are available at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Manny's Hardware LLC offers free standard shipping on all orders across the United States.

Can I cancel my order? We process orders quickly — please contact us immediately at 954-998-4270 if you need to cancel. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order is in fulfillment.

How do I return an item? Contact us within 30 days of delivery at 954-998-4270 or info@mannyshardware.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Do you ship internationally? At this time Manny's Hardware LLC ships within the United States only.

Do you offer business accounts? Yes! We serve contractors, facilities managers, and businesses of all sizes. Call us at 954-998-4270 to speak with a business account manager.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Is my payment information secure? Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure payment system. We never store your credit card information.
