Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, in its original packaging, and with all original accessories and manuals. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at 954-998-4270 if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order once the return is accepted.
